FRAME:The front and rear frames are made of 30mm steel plates by laser cutting and welding, Precision machining with professional equipment ensures the accuracy of the spare parts and lower the equipment error.The structural components of the entire vehicle are strictly welded according to the standard welding process after being programmed and cut by the cutting machine ,Then enter the tempering furnace for 24 hours tempering treatment at 600 degrees to eliminate internal stress,Afterwards, Shot blasting treatment is carried out to remove surface oxide skin and finally welding. Polishing and spraying operations are carried out.

2.CAB:The top plate is made of 10mm thick steel plate, which is formed by one-time bending . Equipped with dual hydraulic support cylinders, it can withstand a static pressure of 9T. The protective grille consists of 16mm thick steel plates arranged in parallel,It can withstand flying stones from the front to the maximum extent possible, and it has passed the testing of the National Mining Product Safety Testing Center, Meets safety standards and has passed FOPS international testing certification .

3.MOTOR:Adopting YUCHAI motor that meets the national three emission standards, Installing a dry three-way catalytic silencer to reduce exhaust emissions, We use Canada ECS platinum ceramic core (imported carbide silicone filter),Automatic burning of black smoke particles, Long maintenance cycle and low maintenance cost.

It can effectively remove black smoke particles 99.8% PM+PN,98% CO and 90% HC.

The purification effect is obvious , effectively reducing air pollution and improving the underground working environment.

4.IMPACT HAMMER: Selecting from South Korea SHUISHAN SB, The impact times are 650-1100 b.p.m,impact frequency is 700J, This impact hammer is specially customized ,it can clean up the broken parts and ensure that the original intact roof of the tunnel is not damaged .

5.WORKING ARM:The outer arm size is 220x220x10mm, the inner arm size is 180x180x10mm. They are all made of disposable rectangular steel welded together, Ensuring the strength of the working arm. During operation, the elastic range is 1200mm.There have elastic screws with adjustable wear resistant plates on all sides of the outer arm .

6.GEARBOX : Adopting SHANTUI gearbox and torque converter, the torque is 600-700NM/2200R, the maximum traction force is 100KN.7.DRIVE AXLE:Adopting America DANA original fully sealed wet brake axle ,spring brake,hydraulic release,Oil cut-off brake,This ensures brake stability and service time.

8.HYDRAULIC CONTROL PROPORTIONAL HANDLE:Adopting TAIWAN YOULI brand, The handle is pilot operated kind,it is more lightweight and flexible when in use , The operating handle integrates all movements of the entire machine , it is more easy for operators to control.

9.HYDRAULIC CONTROL MULTI-WAY VALVE:We adopt Taiwanese liquid controlled multi-way valve, which using Taiwanese integrated casting technology, Maximum reducing the leakage points and improving the stability.

10.CONTROL BOARD:Adopting high level production technology,integrated design,All instruments and gears are integrated on the dashboard , it is more convenient for drivers to observe and operate.

11.For the hydraulic oil, we adopt high pressure acid pickling and phosphating technology,different from manual cleaning by other companies,Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire vehicle’s hydraulic system from the source ,This supplies reliable assurance for the service time of the core parts and hydraulic components of the vehicle .

12.For the hydraulic oil pipes and fittings , we all use well-known imported brands , such as Continental or Goodyear world famous brands, So the service time extend a lot ,Avoiding the phenomena , such as running,emitting,dripping,leaking and exploding.
